If you are unable to login using the Google Authenticator then you can regain access by using your recovery password. This can be done by logging in as normal, with your username and passsword, and then clicking the link, `recovery password`, underneath the `Login` button.

If it is the case that you don't know your username and password credentials then click 'I forgot my portal username or password' on this page, which will give you an option to send you out a password reset email.
